"Prosperare/prospera" translates from Italian to English as "prosperous" or "thrive". Before my younger brother, Josh, passed away he told me to "keep thriving". Those words never left my heart and I knew some day I would use his wish to help others thrive. In my mind, in order to continue to thrive myself I had to help others do the same.

The grief I experienced after losing my best friend was overwhelming in so many ways. The same grief reappearing after being told "You have Young Onset Parkinson's Disease" was almost as crippling. But I vowed to continue living life to its fullest in honor of Josh. It's been my dream to incorporate the word "thrive" into something meaningful. My dream has finally come true. Thank you, Josh. This is for you.
